The public financing of co-financed operations corresponds to the sum of the European contribution and the national public contribution defined under the specific regulations of each Operational Programme.

The Professional Courses , Education and Training Courses and Qualifica Center are financed by the PESSOAS2030 Operational Program .

The Demography, Qualifications and Inclusion Thematic Programme, Pessoas 2030, is a thematic programme of Portugal 2030 that is dedicated to supporting public policy measures that make it possible to address the challenges of population qualifications, employment, social inclusion and, transversally, the demographic issue.

• The pursuit of the principles of the European Pillar of Social Rights (EPSR), integrating measures associated with 10 of its 20 principles;
• Respond to the challenges identified in the Specific Recommendations addressed to PT (REP).
• The European targets of the PEDS Action Plan (PAPEDS):
• Achieve 80% employment rate for the population aged 20-64 in 2030;
• Reduce the NEET rate of young people aged 15-29 by 7% to 8% by 2030;
• Ensure that at least 60% of adults participate annually in education and training activities;
• Reduce the number of people living in poverty or social exclusion by at least 15 million people by 2030 (5 million of whom are children)
